No one called me back

I’m a military veteran that used this firm to help with social security disability benefits. I would not recommend them to anyone ..they wasted my time for the better part of 18 months.

INCOMPETENT LAZY PARALEGALS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY'S OFFICE.

Only issue was no response. For that reason only.

When you call, they are hard to get ahold of. Tried using for my disability.

Never returned phone calls.

I had more or less a positive experience. The staff is very nice and extremely empathetic. I was reassured many times and felt their concern was heartfelt. I did not like that it was very difficult to make contact and occasionally never got a call back. Mr. Newline, when I finally did speak with him was very informed about my case and professional. I owe for documents received by your office equalling 36.50. I feel this is an inappropriate request but I will call to have that payment go through on my credit card. I just am struggling to pay present landlords and have money to put down on new apt. that by the Grace of God goes through. Been turned down because I do not bring in enough monthly to qualify. My back pay was measly as they adjusted what the Judge ordered. So I'm apologize for the wait on monies I owe you. Thank you.
