The entire staff(that I've had contact with) have all been amazing and have taken good care of my on my journey to gain disability. My hearing case manager, Michelle Bailey, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She always took the time to respond to my messages, checked in on me frequently, and worked with me on my bad days. She was always reassuring me that everything was going to be fine and I truly do appreciate the care she, and everyone else, took with me and my case. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to apply for disability.
