It's a very long and drawn out process but the Newlin team has been by my side the whole step of the way. The team are all very polite, professional and punctual. Information on the case is communicated and interpreted as soon as possible. Every question I've had so far, they were very quick to respond to my inquiry. Honestly i feel very confident that this will progress in the direction we want. A lot of weight from the stress has been lifted in this unfortunate situation.
