Very quick and efficient

Filled out a form online requesting more information about a SSDI claim. Someone from the firm reached out to me via the phone on 6/12 in the AM. Spoke on the phone for 15min giving them my general case and was promised a call back in 30min. An hour later still no additional consultation which is a shame. I have been working customer service for over 10 years and I've learned a thing or two about how to deal with the general public. NEVER and I repeat NEVER give time approximations if they aren't met. I cannot and will not be on pins and needles for a team of lawyers whos only concern is 30-40% of my claim.

Newlin Disability helped me stay the course, and in the end we won my SSDI case.
