My overall experience with Newlin Law Disability was amazing. My lawyer, Michel Starky was so caring, compassionate, and wanted to make sure we were all on the same page, as well as do a practice run of what to expect at the hearing. She then, called me after the hearing to let me know how she thought things went. She was a blessing to me! All my case managers were fantastic and were like my lawyer, except my last case manager, Jamie Bartlett. All the others would call and hang up real quick and text me, saying sorry we called we just saw in your file were you have trouble with phone calls. Then, they would text me what they needed to tell me or they would send it in the portal. Jamie always insisted she had to call and talk to me. She was rude to my husband as well as me over the phone. She always acted like I was lying and making everything up. She would talk as fast as she could because it was like she didn't really want to talk to me. When I would ask her to please repeat what she said because I didn't comprehend what she said, she sighed. Then, continued by saying well I will be sending you a letter in the mail with all this information. I'm sorry to have to say anything negative because I'm not that kind of person. I want to see the good in people, but Jamie was the same way every time I had to deal with her. Melissa that called me with the results from my hearing was super sweet and informative! She and all the other case managers I had throughout this process were like my lawyer was a blessing to me! I will highly recommend you all to anyone I hear needing to file for disability! My case manager, Michelle, was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. In a perfect world, I would have preferred more interaction with my attorney, but their system seems to work. Great group of people, and would highly recommend.

I have been fighting my disability case for a long time. It seemed like I would never get thru it. But my case manager Elise Norris and my attorney William Tanoos as well as others at the firm made it happen. It took a long time but they never gave up on me and stayed positive. All I can say to them is Thank you, you have helped me in so many ways. If you are reading this because you are looking for a Disability lawyer to represent you then i would say call Newlin Disability now..These are the people you want to help you. You can ask for Elise Norris, she was my case manager. William Tanoos was my lawyer. All I'm saying is that my case took 7 years , I was denied my first hearing then I appealed it and because of Covid it took awhile . But they never gave up on me or my case.
