So I signed up with Carter Mario in CT, and was outsoursed to Newlin Disability in IN. I honestly don't know what they did to help my case. I'm the one who ended up doing all the paperwork for the state, I'm the one who continuously had my doctors send the state info. I never heard from them, and when I did, it was after I had to chase them down for answers and updates, which, for months, was always "we're still waiting to hear". And I received a denial letter this weekend, along with a WONDERFUL *note the sarcasm* email from Carter Mario basically going "sorry we can't help you". Well considering they didn't do anything to begin with to help, I can see why things went as they did. If i could give zero stars to both for the severe lack of customer service, care towards their clients, lack of communication, I absolutely would. Don't waste your time with either of them. What an absolute joke on how they handled this. I already have an appointment with a new lawyer, considering I desperately need the help with the way my health is!
