I was recommended by a friend, who was very happy with the firm. I have had nothing but non- professional people working on my case. The first person had my name spelled incorrectly on papers, and on others, I was a Mr. Smith. I was placed with Heather, who did not return my calls or texts and submitted medical information from 2014, the first time I had applied for SSDI and was denied. None of my recent medical information was submitted and I had called and texted Heather all of this. My appeal was denied and I am assuming it is because SSA did not have any current medical information from my doctors. When I called to speak with the Manager, Paula, I was told that it would go to a hearing now and I asked if the current medical info would be gotten. She told me no and that the Hearing People would submit what they had. What will this information do when it is not current and does not show how my health conditions are, currently, and I will be denied during the hearing!?! This firm does not know what it is doing, in my opinion. I am trying to find one in my area- not one in Indiana.
