Marcy was the 1st person who helped me with my application and answered all my questions and was very thorough she called me back when my case manager wouldn't. She was so friendly and helpful. The next person that helped me was Ashley who called me back when my case manager didn't she didn't follow up and so today I spoke with Shianna Ochs who helped me with my problem. Everyone has been so nice but I hope to speak with my case manager at some point.

I am so pleased with the way they explain the process to me. They are very professional. I would recommend this Law Firm to anyone who is needing help. And thanks to Hannah Howe for taking the time to help me. Hannah is so very caring and cheerful to speak with.

I was always treated politely and in a professional manner. I was updated frequently and given information about the status of my case. I was given contact information for any questions that I may have had. There were no costs until my lawyer won the case. I was very satisfied.

I have dealt with several case managers thru the years that have worked very hard and diligently to help me with my disability claim. I have worked with Heather Stark in the past and she was always kind and courteous and extremely through. She had tried to contact me today to start the process of reapplying for my disability because if quite a few health issues I have developed over the years in top of things I was already dealing with. When I couldn't get back in touch with her, I spoke with Shannon Dawson and she was just as wonderful. She took her time, made me feel as if I was her only client. She took the time to make sure every piece of information I gave her was correct and complete including medicines, doctors, hospitals, etc. I truly enjoyed speaking with her today. Anyone I have encountered at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos and Newlin over the years that have worked in my case have always treated me so well and I felt they truly and genuinely understood what I was going through. I never felt judged. I look forward to continuing to work with the team and hopefully, 🤞 fingers crossed, the 3rd time will be a charm. This has been a LONG, gruelling process and at times has really taken a toll on me but the team at this firm have always been very gracious and thoughtful thru it all. I just pray this time it works!! It's EXTREMELY frustrating when you see SO many friends and aquaintances that have received their disability within no time for things as simple as JUST anxiety while I have been seeing at least 7 plus specialist, had over 17 surgeries and will be needing more, I've lost a child when he was only 18 (10 ½ years ago) and it tore my whole life and family apart and I was already suffering with several health issues and severe depression before then and it just feels as if we are the ones who have to work and fighter harder to try and receive our disability. The system doesn't seem fair. I feel confident though with this team that we WILK finally get justice. I thank you all in advance!
