The first point of contact was very helpful, caring and knowledgeable. She helped me understand the process. The attorney was very helpful and knew his job very well. I haven't got my trail decision yet .I'm Very hopeful and confident. I wasn't able to give five stars. Only because the last person that handled the point of contact, was rude, disrespectful and uncaring. I found her to be very hateful toward me with unnecessary stress. But I wouldn't allow it to keep me from using their services . I'm confident this will get resolved within the future.
