The ladies who work for these lawyers are outstanding...but sadly and frustratingly ,the actual lawyers are horrible..they completely wasted the past 2 years of my life...and failed to do they job they were hired for....and if I had actually spoken to my lawyer more than 5 minutes in that entire time...they'd have n known that......they were far to arrogant to be this incompetent ....if you need a good law firm...this one isnt it

As of right now im dissatisfied. My lawyer did not even cross examine the Vocational expert during the hypothetical questions. Not only that she sat there silent and maybe said 30 words total. I knew i lost my hearing when it was over. I wanted to cross examine the Vocational expert myself because my lawer from here failed to do so. But the Judge ended the hearing right after my lawer said she had nothing to say ................ Now i have to wait for the appeals court. I hope they fight harder this time and actually outline and mention my limitations in physical movents. Also the fact that i need to sit stand and lay down throughout the day. Aswell as suffer from PTSD and dont handle interactions with people. My lawyer mentioned nothing of these ailments in my hearing not a 1.......... Im kinda scared that this lawfirm is using lackeys in early stages and dont pull out the big guns unless they can charge you out the rear end ny dragging your case out longer than need be. Im very very disappointed. This review maybe subject to change but as of now i was set up to fail. They need to get rid of that lawyer pronto before she messes up others chances by sitting there silent as can be.

Lawyer for SSDI

I started out on this journey a couple years ago with this company. Once I gave them the paperwork the manager that kept calling me to whomever did call, I was told constantly that this is going to work out and win. I obviously know that there's a possibility that that may not happen also. But to have this company to end up dropping me after day told me that I could appeal is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Why even give me the option if they were never going to honor in the first place. I probably got maybe one or two phone calls since the sit down over the phone with the judge. It feels like that as soon as this lawyer office realized that they weren't going to get paid they dropped me like I was nothing. I thought that this place was accepting vets and understanding and willing to explain things to them and this company did not especially after the hearing. Now that they have done this now I'm back at square zero and have to start the process all over again with another company because this one could not do what it said it was going to do. I feel like 2 years of my life was wasted.

I’ve been approved now!!! Thank you to all of the people I talked to and helped through this process! It was daunting and very stressful but my group cheered me through!!! I’ve had a great experience so far! Been down a few times it they always pick me back up! Talked to Ashley this week and she was great! Friendly and kind! I received denial paperwork this week and let know and my appeal was filed the very next day! Thank you so much!
