My experience with Newlin Disability was wonderful. The services that I had received from my Lawyer Mr. Charles Haynes, Case Manager's Ms. Tracee Bourne, Ms. Jamie Bartlett & the Customer Service Intake Staff was "Exceptional". I did not ever have to wait longer than 24 hours to receive a call back or message especially when it came to Ms. Jamie Bartlett, whom really did a wonderful job at responding back promptly. I did not ever recall waiting any longer than 6 hours to hear back from her unless it was the weekend/after work hours. The information provided to me was very clear & thorough which made the process run smoothly & less stressful for me. My Lawyer Mr. Charles Haynes did an excellent job in preparing me & getting me through my Hearing. Starting out things was very complicated for me to understand but the Customer Service Intake Staff patiently worked with me for hours making sure that I got a great understanding & knowledge as to how things worked & beyond. I am so happy that I chose such a caring & professional law firm.

After being denied 2 times filing on my own behalf since 2018 I reached out to Newlin Disability to further assist me with my disability claim. Jamie was always polite and patient with me when needing any information and was always prompt to let me know what was being done. With my diminished mental capacity and other medical aliments this made things a bit easier when it came to appeals etc. I want to thank my representative that helped me through my hearing as I already deal with severe anxiety issues. I'm waiting for a decision to be made by the judge and will further my review once this is done with a positive outcome which would result in 5 stars..I would recommend this firm to anyone that is struggling to get their disability.

The only thing that I can say that I felt like is that it was very hard to get a hold of whomever you were trying to call. And also message
