My husband hired this law firm in March he gave them all the information they asked for and then last month I got a voicemail from them not even my husband but me even though they should have his phone number and in the message they said for him to call so he can start a new application. Why in the world would he have to do a new application after all those months. I don’t know if that means for all those months nobody was working on his case he also got a letter from social security saying that they know he is working with this lawyer but that they don’t have any of his information. My husband is the type that doesn’t speak up for himself but finally he sent a email to the office and they sent me a email telling me that they just sent some more information that social security asked for I just don’t get it why are they sending me the message and not my husband I am very upset and worried if they have dropped the ball we are really struggling to get by and I have seen so many people that it takes years and they still haven’t gotten approved yet so we can’t afford to waste time with a law firm that can’t even get the right phone number for my husband. Also month ago he was told that he would be receiving papers that he needed to fill out and send back well he waited and waited and no papers came and we had moved in March and I called more than once to make sure they had the right address so when he didn’t get the papers he called and was told that they must have gotten lost in mail so who knows if they were even sent the first time.
