Very professional-updating parent's estate plans

When I paid $3000.00 I thought I was paying for a complete Living Trust. It was nothing like it was Described at the seminars, I know, I attend two of the seminars. What I got was a pre-printed folio documents with about 4 or 5 pages of my family information. You have to fill out and file all the paperwork yourself. It is like a do it yourself Bankruptcy or Divorce Kit. Dealing with this, Probate isn’t bad at all, You just wait there’s no running around doing things that you paid someone else to do.

We attended the seminar followed by a free hour and a half consultation with Mr. Rice. We already had the benefit of the same dynamic with a competitor in Lake County that we decided against because of ambiguous answers (and also less trust features as provided in the Rice trust). Mr. Rice explained thoroughly all aspects of our using a trust plus answered questions without ambiguity. We signed an agreement to process a trust immediately. That was followed several days later with a visit with paralegal Tom Noe who processed and further explained the many features of the trust along with all the signatures involved. Mr. Noe was very organized, patient and personable while going through a large volume of required paperwork capping off and validating for us in an upbeat positive manner that this trust through this firm was the right thing for us to do. We highly recommend those needing asset protection to go to a Rice and Rice seminar and take advantage of the free consultation. Any skepticism (that I almost always have ) was completely gone after going through their finely tuned process! We did the follow up which shows clients how to get other assets into the trust such as bank accounts, CD's, Insurance policies, etc. Their explanation coupled with easy to understand forms along with samples allow their customers to easily move all assets that make sense get moved into the trust. They push their clients to do so knowing that there are very important things besides the home deed that needs to be protected from probate. Not doing so unwittingly exposes clients assets to probate along with various fees, taxes and aggravation. This firm and their living trust and based upon my experience from A to Z does provide an excellent shelter for assets and their process which is simple to follow and explained extremely well by Mr. Rice is well worth the fee they charge. Our experience with the entire process has been a comforting experience for us in terms of knowing that their living trust does protect their clients assets. They leave their clients with the confidence that this firm definitely does care that their clients who purchase their living trust get exactly what they say throughout the process.

Mr. Rice did my estate plan, and also handled my mother's Trust Administration when she passed away. He has been in business for 46 years, and is very knowledgeable about estate planning laws and Medicaid laws. His paralegal staff has combined experience of over 100 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mr. Rice for your estate planning and probate needs.

Mr. Rice has assisted me in a few complex legal issues I had concerning my grandmother and getting her qualified for Medicaid so she could stay at the facility she just loved. Mr. Rice was so compassionate to our family and his staff gave us their undivided attention. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable!

They really need to do a bit more research in trying to drum up business. I received a letter addressed to my five years dead mother at my address where she had never lived. I was not amused.
