The worst lawyer I have ever heard of...never followed through for my friend..failed the case completely! Would stay as far away from this lawyer as you can...she failed in everyway possible through my friends divorce..🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND using Rebecca. She is very unprofessional and she doesn't do as you ask her to do. She was supposed to do a will and POA paperwork for my love one and she didn't do anything what my love one asked her to do because she was friends with someone that was going to be on the POA paperwork and she did what that person wanted and not my love one (cousin) and then called and said about a month later that my cousin had to come back in because they was mistakes in the will. Like really what type of lawyer does that plus she shared information about my cousin to that other party. She totally went against Hipaa and client confidentiality law. My cousin ended going some where else and had the correct paper draw up the way she wanted. Rebecca is not a trusted lawyer that you can trust and she has a bad attitude also. This has nothing to do with that lady hello this has to do with the nephew and that you went against your client back and wishes the elderly couple because there was 2 of them there . And did what he wanted and discussed there information to him after the meeting was over even but don't worry all the work you put in was for nothing because it became voided and all new set of paper were redrawn the correct way. The way the elderly couple wanted. Thank you and have a nice day

Rebecca Billick is a very competent and organized family law attorney. She maintains a very fair fee structure (seriously). She appropriately tailors her communication skills to the situation, from being diplomatic in a calm divorce settlement, to fighting like a mama bear in a contentious court hearing. She provides timely responses, cares about my situation (not a given these days), and works hard for a favorable outcome. Attorney Billick provides excellent advice, is very intelligent, and quick on her feet. Like a master chess player, she anticipates possible outcomes, and provides sounds recommendations on how to respond. I’ve recommended Rebecca to others, and will continue to do so.

Rebecca came into my life at a time when a loved one was in the middle of a crisis (facing eviction and being homeless) and in desperate need of help. The date of our first meeting, she gave me confidence that things would be alright (thorough in her research and knowledge/experience with mental health and guardian law). She is always very thorough and aggressive in responding to our questions, needs and legal representation.
