I spoke to Jason Salathe for a phone consult. He said he would review our paperwork and let me know if he would be taking our case. He told us the fee and answered our questions. He told us we may want to wait for our situation to evolve as we may be able to resolve our issue without legal action. We are waiting to see what happens (we are in an eminent domain negotiation). He really seems like a nice guy and we like that he graduated from I.U. He also has Webster in his corner who (we hear) will come prepared for any argument. Thank you, Jake!
