Very seldom do you find an attorney who will offer you a far lower cost solution than the one you thought you needed. Ms. Garbino's knowledge of Indiana Real Estate law and integrity in offering a lower cost solution to my issue totally impressed me.

I recently had the opportunity to engage with Webster and Gorino Law Firm upon a recommendation from an acquaintance, seeking expert advice on my will and trust documentation. From the initial contact, the professionalism and courtesy extended by the firm were first class. Carla Garino reviewed my documents. Her meticulous examination uncovered a couple missing elements that had previously gone unnoticed. What stood out was not just her expertise in identifying the gaps, but that I was not charged for the initial assessment/review. This approach not only showcased their commitment to integrity and client satisfaction, and instilled a level of trust and respect for their practice. Although my interaction did not require further legal services at this time, the experience left a lasting impression. Webster and Gorino will be my first choice for any future legal needs. Jacob Salathe is so focused on making a name for himself ; he takes Pauper cases to enhance his billable hours. The issue is the payee are The Tax payers of Hamilton County! I’d use him to get County supported free legal fees! Why pay his firm a penny when they work for free?

Joseph Webster was appointed to me by the court however the representation was underwhelming and detrimental to my case. The professionalism of his practice is exceptionally unbecoming and non existent. The phone assistants are abrasive, combative and overwhelmingly unhelpful. Joseph Webster does not actually represent you instead paralegals clerks and students do the actual case work. Furthermore you never know which under study attorney from the firm will show up in court. Often the representative from Webster Garino would be completely unprepared and unaware of key facts for the case. As a result each court date resulted in a continuance and the case remains in perpetual litigation because no attorney actually worked the case. The treatment I received by the firm was often discriminatory and the inactivity on my case may have been intentional do to my race. It was clear my race determined my treatment as the office staff would answer the phone pleasant until I would speak or give them my name at which point they would become abrasive and combative. I was told every time I called that I was not a client which made it clear why they were never prepared in court. Going to court with Webster Garino representing me was the most stressful anxiety inducing uncertain experience I have endured in my life. It's interesting that Angie and Heather could never find me in their system but are suddenly able to find my information to withdraw Websters appearance. This institution is racist and actively working to oppress minorities when they are appointed through intentional underrepresentation.

Not a great experience at all in my divorce case. I paid well over what was expected even after being told there was a glitch in the billing and they still didn’t adjust anything. My lawyer was unable to be at my mediation and I was given a sit in lawyer which was very disappointing. Definitely NOT somewhere you would wanna use if you are going through a divorce!
