I had a great experience working with Bill and his team on my case. We had a flood in our building and Statefarm wouldnt pay us out. We hired an adjuster and even with that they still denied the claim. All I was left to do was file a law suit against them. I was referred to Bill through a friend that worked with them in the past and I can say is that they didnt dissapoint. I hired Bill to take on the case on a contigent bases since we were against the wall at this point. He worked very diligently on the case and was very supportive in understanding our side of the story. Long story short, he was successfully able to win the law suit against SF and was able to get us back what we lost in our claim. I highly recommend using Bill and his team for your insurance claims, not everyone has the time or know how on how to speak to insurance companies and they are always looking for the smallest mistake to deny your claim. Bill will handle all the communication on your behalf and ensure a smooth experience at no upfront cost.

Great lawyer care about his clients

I would highly NOT recommend Kyli Willis from this lawfirm. She will bring you in tell you you have a great case and that we should get a GAL and then when she recommends how well the GAL is and the GAL doesn't do a single thing, doesn't call witnesses, doesn't make but one house check, and ignores the real issues...not to mention Kyli told me confidential information about the other persons mental health which makes me worry how much was said between all parties without our consent. I know the other party did not consent the mental health she exposed. She is going to go back and forth with you and do anything she can to get her money for bare minimum work. Please do yourself a favor and work it out with the other parent. These people don't care about the children, just that $200 an hour paycheck. Severely disappointed in anything she did, don't do it for the sake of your children. Learn to get along without these people, your children deserve that. Not custody battles with these people... They will do anything to keep that money rolling.
