When going through a divorce it is never easy! But Tess and her compassion, ability to communicate so clearly, understanding of the procedures, patience, very timely follow-up, and the fact that we knew she truly cared about us and was sympathetic to our situation made the process much much easier! I found the mediation experience to be extremely thorough and fair. Tess explained everything in detail, multiple times so that I could process the unwanted divorce. Tess was a fantastic support to me during one of the most difficult times of my life. When my husband and I decided to divorce after 37 years of marriage, I contacted Tess. Her and I had been friends when our kids were younger and I remembered her doing meditation. Divorce is a stressful time and I didn’t want it to be more so with costly lawyers , fighting and a long drawn out procedure. We met with her and she explained how it all worked, the cost and the timeframe. We met with her a few times with all the financial information. There were no minor children involved nor businesses owned. It was a very fair deal for both my spouse and I. Most important, we didn’t have any ugly fighting or high attorney fees. Highly recommend Tess and Resolution Mediation. She took a scary intimidating event in my life and walked us through step by step making it so much easier. Not that you ever want to go through the process, but if you have to, it was absolutely seamless. We got to decide what was best for the kids, and us moving forward post divorce.
