I know every case and every person is different. (SSDI) I hired for initial application as I get too much anxiety on just the thought of applying on my own. He explained everything very well and seemed to be empathetic as he listened. I myself was approved in 3 1/2 months from filed to money coming in. I have zero regrets hiring this man.

Unfortunately, my experience has been profoundly negative, and I feel compelled to communicate the issues I encountered during his representation. Initially, I sought Mr. JM's expertise with the expectation of professional and competent legal assistance. However, it became apparent that Mr. JM's handling of my case fell short of the professional standards one would expect. Notably, there was a significant lack of communication; my calls and emails went unanswered, leaving me without the necessary guidance and support. This lack of responsiveness was not only frustrating but also detrimental to the progress of my case. Moreover, Mr. JM made unilateral decisions without my consent, including the submission of court documents. This action was taken without prior discussion or approval from me, which is unacceptable and violates the client-attorney trust. Additionally, his actions during my temporary hearing were mishandled, resulting in an outcome that was far from satisfactory and contrary to my interests. The culmination of these issues led me to seek alternative legal representation, and I had no choice but to remove Mr. JM from my case. The experience was not only unprofessional but also a waste of time and resources, leaving me with regret for choosing his services.

After trying several times to speak to anybody and leaving messages with my name and number as directed by an answering machine requesting a short conversation regarding a possible legal matter and never getting any kind of response it was obvious to me that this law firm is not looking to help or find new clients. I can understand that this company may have a full load of clients but I do not think it would have been to difficult to a make a return call and maybe have given me a referral to an associate. Unfortunately I feel like this company must be very unorganized, understaffed or is not interested in providing help to new potential clients. All in all I would recommend avoiding this unfortunate test of patience.

Hired to help with S.S claim, but took over two months because he was two busy, to finely state he decided not to represent the case. Did not even gather over two years of records before he made his decision to drop case. Waisted two months of our time and left us high and dry. Would never recommend.
