Alan N. Waples lies to his clients. He changes their appeals to post convictions which never succeed in Iowa. He has had his legal license suspended twice and been barred twice. He never informed me when the court appointment changed, so I missed court and was found guilty of a charge he could have easily had the judge dismissed. Nobody has ever given a positive compliment about this attorney. He has no office or landline.
