My case was complicated. We were dealing with an employer who thought they could just ignore us and we'd go away. Even after we received a judgment against them from the state of Iowa, they still continued to make excuses, ignore correspondence and attempted to sleeze their way out of paying. I sat down with Niko and we had a good talk. He listened to my concerns and he had some good questions on things I didn't realize were important to my injury. When everything was said and done, the end results were just exactly as he explained at our first meeting. I must add too that his support team were very detailed and considerate.

Going through a work place injury was one of the worst things I have ever had to deal with . It was a long process but Niko helped me get everything resolved.
