In 1990 he took a case for me after hearing my stotie with no payment down he went into court andI had my son who was 2 at that time returned to me later that day. **Please read my review. It is from the heart** As it is hiring someone from any profession, you never know what type of person you’ll get. In a world filled with so much greed, it is extremely hard to find an attorney like Niko. He is a genuine good person. Some people feel that they need an attorney from a big city to find someone that will get them the best outcome. After working with Niko on multiple occasions, I can sincerely say that we are extremely fortunate to have him and his team in southeast Iowa. Niko has a wall filled with plaques proving how exceptional he is at what he does. His client base spreads much further than Southeast Iowa. The guy is a genius! He is VERY straight forward about what is happening with your case. No extra non-sense. He always kept me updated with what was happening. Pothatakis law firm is obviously very professional and great at what they do. What sets Niko apart from others is this.
