Trying to understand how to navigate a medical malpractice case was overwhelming in every way. After speaking with Tina at RSH Legal, I had a lot more clarity about the process. It is an incredible resource that's easy to read and answers almost any question you can think of about how the legal process works.

I contacted Laura Schultes about a wrongful termination. At first things seemed fine for the first 2 weeks and then I was pretty much ghosted and ignored. I had to initiate all the phone calls and emails. Her assistant, Katie, kept informing me she was too busy. 10 months later, I was informed that they wouldn't be taking my case based on my personnel file. It was pretty obvious that my personnel file was fabricated. All the write-ups in the file were not signed and I could tell in Laura's voice she was lying and she didn't have the courage to tell me the truth as to why they weren't taking my case. I will be submitting a complaint with the Iowa State Bar Association and anyone who has had issues with this law firm I suggest you do the same. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
