They were attentive to my situation, understanding and caring. I never felt like they were any kind of “ambulance chasers,” but that they truly wanted to help me. Nothing like having a friendly voice on the other line. Thank you Tina (Investigator) for listening to my potential medical negligence/malpractice time line of events. I am sad I even have to go this route but knowing the person on the other line is listening, taking notes, and compassionate about finding out what happened. I wasn't even sure if I should start looking for an attorney since the alleged malpractice just happened. Tina reassured me, I was doing the right thing about looking into a consultation. My case worker Tina was lovely to work with while unpacking the experiences that brought me to the law firm in the first place. I especially appreciate that after I emailed her some additional documents she replied back to me that she received them and again offered condolences over my stressful situation.
If everyone was as professional, efficient and respectful as Tina I imagine there would be no need for this law firm to exist! Thank you again for a fantastic conversation.
