I contacted this firm a week ago on the live chat and they said that a lawyer would get in contact with me very soon. I called today and they said they were sending out a letter, which hasn’t even been sent out yet, to tell me that they couldn’t take my case. Never even spoke to one of the attorneys. Thank you for wasting a week of my time when you could have just gave me call. You have my contact information. Ridiculous.

She somehow managed to hold my hand to the whole process even though I live 2000 miles away from Cedat Rapids Iowa... Tim Selmeroth maintains the balance of a kind and caring, yet strong and tough human being that you want in your side when a tragedy hits and alters your life forever. I'm eternally grateful for them both, and the rest of the team who worked on my case.
