Worst attorney ever, the money was more important then saying up front there's issues why I cannot take your sons case. Knowing he had no chance of winning. Kept wanting more money just for copies. Not thoughtful or sympathetic. Thank you for what you didn't do.

I suffered a workplace accident a little 5 years ago in Iowa. I was referred to this firm soon after I started my recovery. From the first conversation with Tim Semelroth and the team of what I can only describe as brilliant attorneys, they went to work on the case and represented me in a way I can only describe as vigorous and ethical. In all the time I was waiting for a chance to to take the case to trial, they never waivered from the task and all the details involved in preparing for it. When the workman's compensation firm started to make life difficult for my family and I, they handled it. When I finally got the chance to appear in court after 5 years, Tim showed his true skill and gave a perfect opening statement and then handled the trial and it's intricacies in a manner that I would never have understood. I would like to also add that Brian Ivers was a fantastic litigator during the trial, Emily Anderson represented my interests to the insurance company, and Andrea Yelden never made me feel as if I was a bother or just a low level client. If you ever need a personal injury attorney to represent you in the state of Iowa, you cannot do any better. Thank you all for everything you've done for me.
