Emily Anderson is a great attorney! I’m sure all of them are they keep the worker’s compensation personal off of your tail while you are trying to get better. The other staff is very helpful also. I didn’t think I needed an attorney! I’m glad I had one! 5 stars on all counts of the process!!👍

We really had a great experience! As senior citizens it was nice to be taken seriously. Tim followed up with witnesses that were important to us. He kept his word about what he would do and how. Everything was handled smoothly. We were able to get the end result we needed.

I'm very grateful to have worked with RSH Legal. Knowing what to do after a car accident can be difficult, but this team made it easy. Tim was great to work with and made the process as simple for us as possible. There was never a moment in our case when I felt he wasn't sincerely on our side. I'm so glad I went with RSH Legal and got paired up with Tim Simeriloth and Andrea Yelden. They were great to work with, always kept me informed on what was going on step by step with my case. Tim was all about getting me the settlement I deserved. Even though my case took several twists and turns, and it was drawn out more than most cases.( not due to RSH Legal) Andrea was always right there to keep me in the loop and always responded in a timely manner! I can't thank them enough for going up to bat for me! I Couldn't of asked for a better dream team and outcome!

I work with Tim as well as both Andrea Y. as well as Kerry R. Both took The time to go not only into detail on what I needed and why and also helped me figure out the best way to get what I needed for my case and sent me many reminders if needed. Andrea is whom I worked with the most and I spent a lot of time on the phone with her really crying. This is the best team for cases and I would never think about working with another team. They are Amazing!!

I was in a high speed head-on collision car accident last year, and the phone calls and questions from the insurance companies were driving me nuts during my recovery. I decided to hire a lawyer, and I'm so glad I did. Tim walked me through the process and gave me great advice. Ashley kept me up to date and responded to all my email questions. We settled yesterday, and I know they did a lot better for me than I would have done for myself, and best of all, I didn't have to worry about it. All I had to worry about was healing and recovering.
