After getting no benefits or compensation through work comp, I reached out to RSH Legal. Emily quickly got the ball rolling, and I got a check over nighted to me. This helped greatly since i just had surgery and had no income coming in. Emily worked swiftly and made sure i received the benefits I was due. She also made sure the work comp company did not take advantage of me. I would highly recommend RSH Legal if you are being taken advantage of due to a work related injury. My disability lawyer, Corey Luedeman, is awesome, and his assistant, Lisa Schumacher, is very helpful. You have to have filed, gotten your first denial, and filed a Request for Reconsideration before he'll officially take your case, but you should ask for the packet he'll want you to fill out right after you file your disability application for the first time. It's a ton of information he'll need from you, but it's definitely worth it. Also, make sure you get photocopies of *any* paperwork (from him or from Social Security) for your own files.
