Is very Caring and informative on what is all going on definitely would recommend to anyone

Unprepared when it came down to the end, waited 3 years before interviewing the police officer from the accident, they didn’t even know who we were suing until the day of mediation, told me I did great after during the deposition and then said it was weak during mediation. My wife and I both walked out after mediation and felt like they were working for the other lady. Just because they ride a motorcycle doesn’t mean they are worth hiring because they are horrible attorneys! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Farl did an excellent job with handling my mothers car accident and injuries sustained from it. Always was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Also thank you to Annie for all her assistance. Would refer him and RSH Legal to anyone needing a lawyer.

Fighting for Fairness = Determining merits of case of their questionnaire not the evidence. Looking for cases that they can pull 40% without having to do anything. Spoke to Farl Greene back in JUNE. He requested records and I provided them. He then requested a meeting, and said we would go over everything and sign a fee agreement. Nevertheless prior to going, Mr. Greene was provided with everything he needed relevant to the medical malpractice case. I drove the 2 hours on my dime to meet with him to "sign the fee agreement." But according to him was not the case. I have all kinds of money to be wasting on gas to go see attorney's who want me to come see them from out of town, just to chit chat. After all he already told me that he spoke with Dr. Abernathy and Abernathy gave him the "green light." Drove to Cedar Rapids filled out a questionnaire. In it there is a question about criminal charges. it's about a 1" x 2" box so I put the most recent in there. (I assume they will be adding additional pages today) Today, I get a call from Farl about charges from 22 years ago that were not added to the box, only the most recent. He went on to tell me that they do background checks on all of their clients which really makes no sense since merits and evidence do not come from a criminal background. Especially in this case where Farl mislead me to believe he had spoken with Mr. Abernathy, which in the meeting, I determined that was a lie. Farl Greene has done nothing but lie since I met him. If you are looking for a firm to do a background check and lie to you about who they talk to and what is what this is the one. Fighting for Fairness, More like Sitting around waiting on a free ride. Been sitting here wasting time with this "attorney" telling me he is talking to experts. Hope Abernathy backs his statements. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone, including someone facing criminal charges. They are liable to tell the jury you are guilty. There is no story to disagree with. 1) Farl told me he spoke to Chad Abernathy - #1 lie 2) Farl told me to come to Cedar Rapids to sign a fee agreement #2 lie 3) Farl Greene ran a background check on a client to determine the merits of a medical malpractice case. I called a few attorneys none could say this is something they do. 4) Farl Greene told me 6 weeks ago he was getting medical records can you share how those helped you determine the merits of a medical case when you pulled a background check? 5) Farl Greene can't be too honorable when he is more worried about the lies he told me and then used a bs reason. 6) The Privacy Policy on your site nor the documents signed list anything about background checks. SO TELL ME AGAIN HOW HONORABLE YOU ARE. 7) Lastly I am within my rights to review any service I have used. Pretty sad when you are stuck on worrying about someone else's business again, something else that does not concern you, but you seem to make it your business. Of course you being the know all tell all, you would know about those other reviews correct? I was actually going to leave the other law issue alone, but I suppose since there are doubts, I will contact the grievance commission. The bottom line is you lied, and continued to do so from the 1st time we spoke. If there are any mistruths to the statements contained here, I would remove them, but unfortunately they are well documented, witnessed, and ready to share with whomever. I am not in business so I have no reputation to maintain, you on the other hand do. It only takes one, luckily in this case there were people listening to Farl and his conversation. Explain to someone else how a background check has anything at all to do with the merits of a medical malpractice case. I won't proceed I wasted too much time listening to Farl's BS. He probably lied about the 3 misplaced screws too, was that very specific information you learned, or did he have that prior. I can't disclose you reviewed my claims, that would be a lie. You pulled a background check. Ill post the merits on the Farl Greene site, let others decide.
