Pretty sad when a professional firm will not respond to their clients. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered for over a week. Cautioning all clients. Had I known my family would be treated this way, I would have urged them to use another firm. Looks like now we’re on the hunt for new legal counsel.
Update: counsel finally reached out after a month. Ridiculous.
