I was given the information about Jacobsen law office by a local customer who was a paralegal, she highly recommended them to me during my separation of my ex husband. They fought for me and my child, as well, fought for my parental rights . I'm so grateful for all their help and their unwavering assistance to get me all that I needed and deserved! I needed legal representation for a personal matter... I called this firm first starting on Monday of last week. I was told I would receive a call back and didn't. So, I called back Tuesday, the woman that answered the phone was apologetic and assured me I would get a call back Tuesday. Well, I didn't... I called them late Tuesday, she apologized and said I would receive a call Wednesday. Well, that happened every single day last week and I never heard from anyone. I called back the following Monday and got to speak with the office manager this time. She was also very apologetic, told me she didn't know what happened and ASSURED me now that she was involved, I would get a call back. Still no call Only reason I gave them a 2-star instead of a 1-star is because the ladies I spoke with were both very nice and apologetic...
