I highly recommend Mark Chipokas and his team to represent and support you on your workers compensation/injury case. Mark, Paula, and Angela are exactly the type of people you can rely and count on to assist in your care and the entire process of your case. I've never gone through anything like this before (work injury) and it is beyond stressful, challenging, and life altering..  The first two years I didn't feel I needed an attorney as I thought my health would improve and I'd go back to work with this all behind me. Unfortunately that has not been the case and about two years in I reached out to Mark and his team to see how I should proceed. I wish I would have done so sooner. It's still been a roller-coaster of emotions (as to be expected with health not going the way as planned & loss of pre-injury life)  but they have helped me in many ways, including taking my mental/emotional struggles into account as well. They are extremely professional but also have an added caring element that speaks for each of them as individuals as they genuinely care about your well-being, make sure you have a good understanding of what's going on, take time to answer any and all questions,  respond quickly to any questions/needs/concerns, and are completely respectful and empathetic to your case.  I have admittedly had points of breaking down mentally and pestered them with my anxiety to feel embarrassed once calmed but they have never once made me feel like an inconvenience for it, but express understanding. It's more helpful than I can express in an online review. I haven't yet closed my case but don't feel the need to wait on the review because I feel blessed to have found them and hope my review guides others in such a stressful predicament to have the same relief with a great, caring team on your side. If your looking at the reviews here, I'm assuming you are also in a similar circumstance and highly recommend reaching out to their office for a consultation, you'll be glad you did and I wish you the best with your journey. In short, Mark Chipokas, Paula, and Angela are people you want by your side in such a stressful and challenging process to not only to make it easier to understand, assist with your care/needs along the way as well as plan for your future, but to also put your mind at ease in a process you don't want or need to go through alone.

Darin and staff made my first time in a lawsuit a breeze! He explained things very well in non-legalese, was extremely fair and took time to listen. They clearly worked hard to make a difficult situation go smoothly. I hope not to need them again but if I do, I would use their services in a heartbeat!
