Absolutely wonderful people. During my husbands w/c case Rhonda and Tom were very informative and responsive to every question we had or could possibly think of. They kept us informed with every step of the case, and assisted with talking with insurance companies / hospitals debt collectors during the duration of the case. They saved us so much stress and worry, taking care of every need we could have possibly had. They went above and beyond what my husband or I could have asked for.

Where to begin, Tom Wertz and Rhonda Prouty are absolutely amazing. When I was injured back in 2019, I started noticing the red tape piling up and couldn't get treatment, Tom and Rhonda came out swinging and helped me get through it. They've helped above and beyond anything I expected and continue to do so even now that everything has been signed. They both made this workcomp experience so much easier and dare I say, relaxing by just how much they did for my husband and I. They were always available to answer any questions we had, problems that came up or just concerns we thought of. I cannot thank you enough! I'm almost sad that it's over because now I won't get to talk to them on a regular basis. Edit/Update 1/18/2023: Tom Wertz's office has continued to help me with what I can only describe as a passion. Mindi did an excellent job when representing our granddaughter, Devon, in her workman's comp claim. After the first meeting, we realized she was in good hands. In a time when Devon was not being believed, Mindi's experience and knowledge made it very comforting for all of us during this time. She did well for Devon.
