I had mediation and I was trying to go back to what my ex and I had agreed upon before the courts had to be involved. The mediator Dawn made it very clear that she was on the mother's side and completely on the mother side of this situation... I am a father that is trying to raise my son split 50/50 every other week. This place made it very clear that I need to accept what my ex is willing to give me and nothing else. At one point in time I was told either except what I'm going to get or allow a judge to give me less

Great at marketing. But completely incompetent. Did not advise me to have temporary alimony payments run through court so I find out at tax time and I get burned. Did not tell me there were state guidelines for amount of alimony so I wayyy overpay. The very day I changed to another lawyer (very satisfied with service there!), Friends begin to tell me horror stories about Howes. When I questioned the lawyer-friend who had referred me (they do not handle divorces...) they said "Howes had a very successful practice so the assumption was that He was good"...... Very nice. Again, great at marketing! But I wish there was a lower rating allowed.

Good vibes and well greeted when entering the building. Also Angie and Jennielee are both hard working, professional, caring, timely and honest. Railsback Law Office is recomended.
