We were referred to Victoria after our previous attorney took a significant retainer fee and ultimately did nothing for us. She immediately made me feel "safe" and was so confident the whole time we spoke. She realized how long we'd been in a holding pattern and took immediate action. She was more than fair with us and appreciate everything she offered and did. When we met, we had her attention. She offered humor and was nothing but real with us. Her professionalism, kindness and caring manner is exactly what I/we needed. Victoria came highly recommended and I'm compelled to pay it forward to others who may need her services. She's one of the good ones....

Victoria was wonderful to work with. All our work with her was virtual as our issues began in the pandemic. This did not prevent her from getting the job done and making sure we understood all aspects of this world we knew nothing about. She handled everything and kept us informed throughout. She was absolutely amazing! My case wasn't your average run of the mill cases, Victoria had to do a lot of extra leg work to get everything we needed. I'm happy to leave a 5 star review for Victoria M. Cole Law Firm PC. You would hope that you'd never need to seek legal assistance to resolve a matter that needs to be settled in court, but if you do, you can rest assured that Victoria and her team will take care of you every step of the way. I'm speaking from a family law perspective here. From the first phone call, to our questions by email, meetings, etc we were welcomed by her charismatic personality and obvious experience. You can immediately tell she is intelligent and spicy (in a good way!) with a heart of gold!! When you seek legal assistance, the most important thing is that you hire someone who knows exactly what they're doing and takes a serious and scientific approach. It just happened to be a bonus that this attorney has unmatched integrity and truly cares for her clients. The court process is not a fun one, it can be said about dealing with any legal process that it can take time, it can be drawn out, and it can be overwhelming. I had a very mixed experience with high hopes and low results. I believe the combination of reviews demonstrates she overall likeness to the community. In my experience she did make big talk at the initial meeting, which was fine, she stated that I could contact her personally whenever I needed questions or her team when she's out. Little did I know that she'd be out 95 percent of the time, with the majority of my questions having to be answered by her. Another point us due the sensitivity of my family court case, I was intending to keep tabs on the paperwork that was filed through the court. She kept me in the dark the entire time for months I only met with her once, briefly. I currently still don't know what she was going to fight for in court, I just really don't think she was on my side at all. To top the cake pur contract stated I had to pay the remainder of the retainer by June 30th. I asked for a 1 buisiness day extension due to he 30th being on a Friday, and she did not just refuse, but same day, removed her services and cut me off immediately. I'm not a lawyer and shoving a bunch of paperwork at me, most not even filed like it should have been, and a refusal to continue service due to being 1 day late on payment sounds excessive to me. To me it sounds like I became a scape goat to alleviate some time into her busy schedule. I hope the best for her, but she really needs to get her morals in order, or stop working for the family law side of things, because her obvious moral complex and her profession doesnt mix.
