The level of unprofessionalism is usurped. She called me and I respectfully answered all of her questions, then asked to subpoena me. I told her I'd be out of state during the trial and couldn't attend. Her response was to subpoena me anyways and threat to charge me with content of court if I didn't comply. I will not be forgetting this anytime soon.

I had the pleasure of being represented by the team of Bajric and Schweitzer and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, compassionate, thoughtful, understanding, hardworking team. They listened when nobody else would, I was scared, and they fought for me as if it were a matter that directly effected them. I am deeply disappointed and troubled by my interactions with attorney Zana Bajric. My primary concern stems from her apparent unwillingness to accept responsibility, especially concerning the thorough review of detailed documents I provided. I undertook significant efforts to maintain transparency, supplying her with an extensive 100-page document that encapsulated the entire scope of my case. I intended for this to equip her with all the information required to represent me effectively. Regrettably, when a detail from these documents was overlooked, Ms. Bajric was swift to lay the blame on me, suggesting I had not disclosed the necessary information. This reaction is not only unprofessional but also starkly inaccurate, given that she was in possession of all pertinent details. Disturbingly, Ms. Bajric tried to claim she never had these documents, despite having been compensated for her supposed review and even issuing me an attorney-client contract post-review. What truly compounded my distress was discovering that Ms. Bajric had shared details of my case and the alleged non-disclosure with third-parties without seeking my prior consent or even informing me. This disregard for client confidentiality and trust has caused severe emotional distress and has fundamentally eroded my confidence in her abilities as an attorney. To add to the indignity, despite having received payment for her services, she essentially did nothing to advance my case. It was her responsibility to meticulously go through the documents, seek clarifications if needed, and respect the boundaries of confidentiality. Instead, I felt blamed, sidelined and financially taken advantage of. She ambushed me a few weeks before the deadline that she would not represent me. Furthermore, it was profoundly unsettling that Ms. Bajric resorted to threats and coercion to deter me from seeking clarification, indicating she would file a “restraining order” if I persisted in pursuing the much-needed explanations regarding her sudden and unprofessional withdrawal. Her behavior raises severe doubts about her dedication to upholding the ideals of her profession and representing the true interests of her clients.
