Kristina went above and beyond multiple times to ensure that our case was handled properly and to our satisfaction. She did everything she could to make sure that her clients were the most taken care of and saved as much money as possible. She was timely in her responses whether it was via email or phone call. We would not hesitate to send anyone her direction. She definitely cares about her clients well being and takes care of each person she encounters.
