Spoke with Ryan, she is very pleasant

The initial contact with this law firm went rather well. Its not often that you feel comfortable talking to someone over the phone when dealing with legal matters; however, it was rather refreshing to get assurance of a great firm.

Attorney representation was a waste of money. I was charged for emailing questions to my retained attorney who never answered any of my questions. There was no phone call communication between myself and my attorney about anything that was discussed between the attorneys. My attorney told me that they had more time sensitive matters to attend to, which was working at a vendor fair for their esty shop. They depleted my $4,000 trust account in 57 days. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I will be pursuing reimbursement due to misrepresentation as well as a breach of professional conduct rules. Edit: I reached out to Ryan via email as requested and have heard nothing in reply from him regarding my email correspondence. ZERO STARS would be my final review. I have been billed after being told that no further work would be done in regards to my matter. I requested my case file and upon receiving that and reviewing my case file it is literally everything that is on the e-filing system, that I already have access to. My attorney was a file clerk and should've been compensated as such. They take advantage of people who put their faith and money down hoping to receive help and are met with unjust billing and no answers. Don't waste your time or money here folks.

Before hiring O’flatery law they told me they had attorneysin my location. When I hired flattery law, no one could tell me who my lawyerwas going to be. I must have heard three different names.When I finally was told Amil Alkass was representing me, I wrote him my concerns and what I wanted, I got No response back. The only person who would answer the phone or call back was the paralegal Sydney. This Went on for months. I would call asking about my case and if there was anythingI needed to do. Sydney told me we were waiting on a response from the other Attorney.This was not true, in fact there are many emails Amil did not respond to from the opposing attorney. Later finding out the Attorney repressing me quit thelaw firm. As if that was not enough dishonesty. My case was continuously neglected: I was not told the judgeordered us to do Mediation, I was not told I was supposed to do afinancial Avadavat, I should have had a discovery. Not only was this severelyneglectful and harmful to my case, but I was also ordered another courtdate because this law firm neglected my entire case and was billed for this lawfirm neglecting my case. Finally, after still being billed and no apology I was stillbeing billed for neglecting my case, but no problem saying I owe money, afterpaying 7,500. The law firm has taken advantage of me and still is billing me,for the neglectfulness they have done.  I had no other choiceto have O’Flaherty law withdraw from my case because when I was giving attorneyfor the second time, they wanted to ask the judge for another continuance. Thismade my case look bad and as though I was the one neglecting my own case. Thislaw firm has ruined my case because they were not prepared and neglectful. Oflawerylaw has caused me more hardships. I’ve paid 7,500 in total, and this Law firm took advantageof me and did nothing yet stole my money making up excuses for billing on whatthey did. Yet had nothing to show for their work.  As a result, I’m having to hire a differentattorney and have the emotional distraught of seeing my children less. I want my money back; this law firm has taken advantage andhas caused mental damage to me. The stress of having to pay this muchmoney and having nothing in return but a broken case.

My family recently worked with O’Flaherty law to get a Will and power of attorneys done. Sadie who was on my file was always super amazing and kind. She sent my mom the documents to review and got us all set up to get the signing done quicker than I expected. I will always highly recommend Sadie and O’Flaherty Law!!

I have loved my experience in the near past working with O’Flaherty Law. My legal team was great and Sadie their legal secretary was always super sweet when I had called in. I will always recommend O’Flaherty law!!

I meant to post this a bit ago but Sadie the legal secretary was amazing to work with. She was very attentive and sweet everytime I called in when I was confused about what I needed to sign and what it all meant. Sadie is a great part of the team, OFlaherty law is great!

I hired Camille to represent me in my pursuit of keeping my 3 year old daughter safe from abuse. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. She is very passionate about keeping children safe and practicing law with the highest standard of integrity. I am a father who won primary care of my baby girl after 3 years of having her withheld from me without cause. We used Joshua Cobie for setting up a Medical POA and a Will and he was very knowledgeable and explained the process very well. He had it completed and ready for signatures much quicker than I expected. We will definitely be using him in the future.

John Flynn helped with my divorce but once I reached out for further assistance, he dismissed me for "a more important case" and after several emails, never got back to me. Very disappointed.
