Nick Rowley is one of the most sensitive and caring Attorneys I’ve ever met. He tried a case for me unexpectedly, literally one hour before start of trial due to a medical emergency with my previous attorney. I met him for the first time that morning upon arrival to court and I was extremely nervous and totally unaware of his reputation as one of the best trial lawyers in the country. Nick quickly made me feel comfortable and less nervous during the trial. After reviewing the basic facts of my case within the hour he began his compelling opening statement. I was so impressed with his demeanor, compassion and concern for my case which was a smaller one than he’s known for handling. So due to his expertise in winning favorable jury verdicts I was compensated very well for a traumatic slip and fall accident. I will always be thankful to Nick Rowley for stepping in at the last hour & taking on the challenge of my case against many odds. I had a T Bone accident that went to trial. On the day of trial Nick came armed and ready to lock horns with my insurance company. Nicholas Rowley is an outstanding lawyer! My wife suffered a traumatic brain injury as well as multiple orthopedic traumas roughly six years ago. At the time I knew absolutely nothing about a TBI and really didn’t fully understand what the future physical and mental issues were going to be for us. Fortunately I was put in touch with Nick. The very first time that I met Nick he gave me his personal cell number and never failed to get back to me whenever I contacted him no matter where he was in the world at the time. I am truly amazed by the knowledge and expertise that Nick holds in the area of brain injuries. His understanding of this is not just from a legal perspective but he also has an acute awareness of the medical challenges associated with them and what will be required in the future to be able to live as best one can with those challenges. Nick spent a lot of time educating me to help me understand the complexities of my wife’s brain injury. Many of the issues that she has related to her memory and executive functions are not overtly obvious. Nick put together a great team of medical experts to ensure that my wife received the best care possible and also to develop a life care plan for her that outlined in great detail exactly what she needed immediately and what she would need for the remainder of her life. The attention to detail that was put into every aspect of her life care plan made it extremely difficult for the opposing side to dispute our claim, which made our deposition and mediations go much smoother than we ever could have hoped. Nick was a true champion of our cause and very protective of my wife throughout the course of our case. He was as tenacious and ferocious as a pit bull when he needed to be. When the insurance company showed up at our deposition with a team of six lawyers Nick never allowed himself to be intimidated. If anything, it only strengthened his resolve to push harder and harder for our cause. Two years after our case was complete, I came down with an illness that was nearly fatal. My wife contacted Nick to let him know that I was not doing well. Nick got back to her immediately and offered her any help that he could. Nick has very strong relationships within the medical community and is well connected with many of the top medical professionals in the US. Nick wasted no time to contact doctors that he knows personally to find out who would be the best physician for my particular illness. I met Nick in a very stressful moment when I was about being evicted due to a tragic family situation near Christmas times of 2011 ,my newborn twin niece Victoria had passed 2 days before the trial, I only remember praying and talking to her on my way to court asking her for her protection for her little sister who was fighting for her life in the hospital and to help me with the eviction so I could continue helping her mom and twin sister!! I met my lawyer, Mr. Nick Rowley, few months before my trial. It was a big trial, me against a large retail company, which I used to work for. From the first time he interviewed me about my case, and covered every aspect of it, i felt the connection with him right away. Not only he is sharp and brilliant, he is extremely worm person, which was very important to me, because going through this prosses is very difficalt. After two weeks he invited me and my husband to his beautiful house, to keek discussing the case. He introduced us to his wife, Courtney, also a successful lawyer, and his 9 beautiful kids, and I knew that these personal realashionships can creat the best results. It helped him as well in his cross examinaions, Where he succeeded to push the defense witnesses to the right corner. My realization from this rtial, that ended up very successfuly, that dealind with witnesses and jury, need not only brilliant mind, but also very worm and convincing qualities, that Mr. Nick Rowdley has. Mr. Nick Rowdley worked with Mr. Carney Shegerian on my case, and their perfect cooperation made my case to win.

When our family experienced the loss of a loved one due to negligence on the part of a care center, we were forced to seek legal counsel. Nick Rowley met with us at our home and as we discussed the events that lead to the death, he agreed to take the case. Mr. Rowley was well aware that while this case was certainly warranted, that the awards in rural communities are low. What impressed us most about Mr. Rowley and his associates was that they took the case to bring attention to the care being received at this facility, not for any potential profit that they might make. His firm worked tirelessly on our behalf for several years. They dug into background of the facility, the various corporations and individuals involved with the facility, the other accidents that had been reported at the facility and interviewed countless people. They did an excellent job of keeping us well informed throughout the process as they were, piece by piece, building the case. When the case finally came to trial, some 3 years after the accident, the teams that Mr. Rowley had assembled from multiple states meet with our family and laid out the plan of action. The team as a whole worked tirelessly for weeks while the case was laid out piece by piece. While the local judge seemed to be somewhat biased against our cause, Mr. Rowley proceeded in an extremely professional manner. At the end of the week-long trial, the jury ruled in our favor. While the monetary sum awarded by the jury was large by local standards, it was certainly not much compared to the types of cases Mr. Rowley usually handles. We seriously doubt that the expenses of the team were met when all was said and done. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the trial. We now feel that the death of our loved one was not in vain. It was our goal, and it continues to be our hope, that the care at this center is improved so that no other person, or no other family, ever has to go through just a horrific accident at the center. The fact that there was an accident was one thing, but the fact that there was no action taken to get proper medical attention for our father after the accident is simply not acceptable. We feel strongly that without the assistance of Mr. Rowley, and his well-prepared team, this case would have gone unnoticed, and that the care center would have continued to collect money from unsuspecting families who thought that they were providing care and protection for those who needed help the most. Nick came in as my trial lawyer against Farmers Insurance company and got me more that 100 times what the insurance company offered. He had us over to his home and cooked for us and was the best lawyer we could have ever dreamed of having.

This law firm and Nick Rowley are having me sued by an expert because they failed to pay him. I as the client now have to figure out how to pay this expert $30k. When Nick firm was paid thru the courts. We have the proof in hand and plan to report him. I advice anyone looking into this firm due your research. This firm treated me wrong and did not show up to two depos. Which the expert charged me for we the clients pay for lawyers faults. This is not fair. He might be a great trial lawyer and win, but its after the win you need to worry about. So just do the research and read reviews on this firm before choosing them.

Nick is more than just an attorney, he really cares and will do anything to help me whether it be legal, medical or a personal issue.
