The people at the front desk were rude and condescending I tried to do the right thing now I don't care thanks to these people

Ive been trying to tell the female that my payments are wrong, but she was rude and wouldn't listen now my license is suspended again. How did DOT donate my civil penalties money to the juv. deliquent fund when I had other tickets but no one can tell me Ive been going in circles for the last 14yrs. THEY DON'T CARE. I'm writing to the Distric Attorney.

Thomas Tolbert is an evil dude who finds pleasure and joy in ruining peoples lives. It’s actually quite sad people like him can get into a position of power and authority because he felt he never had said authority in his life so he feels he needs to bully people who are in lesser positions than himself. Truly a vile person and I hope God will have mercy on your soul because you’re filled with nothing but darkness sir.

Me being the defendant it's never a good thing to go down there but it was painless and it was quick they knew what they were doing they knew what I was wanting from what I was asking and took care of business so for that it was decent

I called to talk about a couple forms on their website and they refused to talk to me at all about anything on their own website. The girl that answered the phone refused to give me any logical answers whatsoever. This is now the second time I've attempted to ask simple questions about any information on their website. They're purposely trying to prevent people from navigating their own website. These people work for the people of Iowa, funded by everyone's tax dollars, but when a citizen calls and gets treated with nothing but blatant disrespect it makes you question why are we funding these establishments if they wont even answer simple questions about anything related to the entity they are operating.

Roberta Cruz doesn't help the victims at all, she protects the suspect at all cost to the victims. I filed another complaint in my state and she refuses to work with the state. So now the man John P. Tafta Sr, gets away again because of Roberta Cruz. DO NOT TRUST THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S
