I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Harrison & Dietz-Kilen, P.L.C. My appointment was confirmed for 3 p.m. on June 25, 2024, yet the experience I encountered was highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Upon arrival, I was escorted to a conference room to await Mr. Earl Kavanaugh's presence. Initially, this was not an issue; however, as time progressed, it became apparent that my appointment was not being honored. At 3:15 p.m., I was informed that Mr. Earl had taken a call and would join me shortly. Despite this assurance, by 3:35 p.m., there was still no sign of Mr. Earl, nor had any staff member provided an update on the situation. Feeling neglected, I decided to leave and communicated my decision to the front desk, only to be met with indifference. This lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable. Not only was my time wasted, but the 40-minute commute each way added to the frustration. Furthermore, the difficulty in accessing your office due to road construction compounded the inconvenience, a detail that should have been communicated beforehand.

Catherine is the absolute best lawyer I could have ever hired! She went above and beyond for me. Her experience is this field is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and took care of items that I would have never thought of. She replies quickly and is easy to communicate with. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I truly appreciated her expertise, knowledge and personal wisdom that helped me through this situation. She was exactly what I was looking for and I will always be grateful to her! She truly cares about her clients!

OVERLY CHARGED! And did absolutely NO favors for my son!!

This is the worst lawfirm I have ever experienced.

Kaitlin quit on my case. She was unprofessional and rude. I questioned her about a legal case and wanted her to further explain and she quit. Now I have to find a new lawyer without a lot of time. Worked for me for less than 2 weeks and took $2000.

Colluded with opposing lawyer. Massively overcharged and did not produce any results. What a waste.
