My wife and I have had some financial difficulties due to loss of income. Nancy and her assistant Melissa have taken great care of us and made sure we had all of the help we needed.

Well my wife and I are a month off of finishing payments on our Chap 13 Bankruptcy. During the course of the years of payments my wife was laid off for several months resulting in lower income. My own job structure changed and my salary dropped by 15%. My wife was hospitalized for two months and had to go through lengthy rehab just to learn to walk and feed herself. After she finally returned to work, we got the news that she had an aggressive form of breast cancer. After a year she was able to beat it through surgery, chemo and radiation. To boot, my father took his own life and, as i am his only child, we were burdened with putting his mess of affairs in order. Thankfully we've had 3 years of peace and calm. But can you even imagine how many times we had to go back to Nancy with another problem? I even lost count! Every single time she treated us with dignity and respect and went through whatever legal means she had to to make things work with the Trustee. We were never made to feel as though we were a thorn in her side (even though we probably were). Now here we are on the verge of completing $50K+ in payments and we actually have real hope for our future. By all means we recommend Nancy Thompson to be your attorney.
