Lack of responsiveness and follow-up from the firm
“Well after them telling me to call ssi and fill out all paperwork with them and send in i said then that's me doing my own appeal!!! I didn't hear from anyone for over a month and i left messages for case manager who never calls back, never answers and i tried to get a new attorney and they can't do anything until Morgan and Morgan sends a letter to me and i called them 2 weeks ago and still no letter and now talked to someone very rude today who said they never got the info to be fired and will send out something and before i could ask where it was being sent she hung up!!!! Very poor help, don't listen, mostly call center help in another country answering calls. Never same person twice. Horrible experience.”

“The firm rejected my case so I don't have a lot to say about them. The initial meetings seemed thorough and the attorney I interacted with was quite pleasant. It does seem to me though that they are looking for big money cases. So even if your case has merit, but might take some time and energy to fight, without a huge payday, they will pass.”
