Potential lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“Never same person twice. Horrible experience. Definitely don't let the commercials or recording you listen to fool you, they don't mean it at all. They don't care or they'd have case workers who could return calls and not admittedly say in her voicemail message that she's behind on getting caught up!!!”

Selective in the cases they accept
“The firm rejected my case so I don't have a lot to say about them. The initial meetings seemed thorough and the attorney I interacted with was quite pleasant. It does seem to me though that they are looking for big money cases. So even if your case has merit, but might take some time and energy to fight, without a huge payday, they will pass.”

“This law firm only represents 1 million dollar cases and works for corperate America, not the working class Americans. They are a joke of a business and firm and do not recommend them to anyone. If your case is not worth one million dollars then don't waste your time with this business.”
