The person i spoke to on the,one minute, she said there was someone that would help me on day of trial.......maybe then she said maybe not. I dont know what to do and feel absolutely scared to death that i might say the wrong thing...my grandson is in the Middle of finding a place to go, just waiting for an answer. Ive been faithful to paying rent on time every time. U know being over 65 and livin on week to week money, its very tuff.... Joyce Sweeney

I told the attorney on my case that the ONLY thing I wanted was to NOT have an eviction on my record... well I now HAVE an eviction on my record! Way to go!!!

Terrible if you really need help don't call them i was supposed to get phone call back at 3pm for phone interview about casa they never called even got off work early to make sure to be able to talk very um professional

I have a problem with legal aid it was concerning a family will, and because of the people that were associated with some of my family members that had Deep Pockets and that were heavily connected, I was told the will was dead! When in turn I went to a free consultation and found out the will is not dead, the paperwork was filed incorrectly! But because these attorneys aren't always going to work for legal aid they're going to go out on their own one day the last thing that they ever want to do is go against the grain so for one client they're going to go ahead and bury that client, and let them go without any legal help whatsoever kind of like checking the bird out of the nest before it's ready to fly! So that they can go ahead and protect their future interest, and that would be being accepted not Circle that shall not be broken, so my advice to anybody seeking legal aid help if you got a dog bite case or something simple if that person is in any way shape or form connected, or has Deep Pockets forget it absolutely forget it because they will come up with every excuse that they can not to go ahead and take your case including lying to you even the court itself said the will is not dead just the paperwork wasn't appropriately filed so why are you where if you think legally it's going to help you out remember they run on donations too!

called as my son was hit by a car said they wanted to wait for why the insurance company denied claim so called back to let them know what letter said and they said its because the person didn't have insurance so they dont want to take case called another lawyer and that was not the case the person does have coverage but i am being taken care of elsewhere now

I asked for help regarding child custody I was told I would get a call back which never happened! Very unprofessional and disrespectful!
