In helping someone we know through an OWI charge, we contacted a recommended attorney who was not available. That office said Mike Culp is "the best in the city" for this, so we contacted him right away, and have found the recommendation to be absolutely true. Mike was very available throughout the duration of the case, and he was honest, patient in answering questions, sincere in his conversations with the client and extremely knowledgeable about what steps needed to be taken when. I do not know why anyone would opt out of having an attorney. It would be so easy to miss something, because the process is complicated and requires countless steps. Mike's help is worth it in the time spent alone, then add to that, you'll have his intelligence and common sense in your corner.

I used John Doran for an OWI second offense charge, which was a 3rd lifetime offense for me. I could have faced 30 days in jail and most likely lost my job and my home.
