Working with Harley proved to be easy, affordable, and enjoyable despite the difficult legal circumstances. He listened to my case and concerns, worked quickly and professionally, and was proactive in keeping me in the loop so I never had to wonder what was next. Harley Erbe is the best legal adviser I have every worked with. A person may say that without much exposure, but in my career I worked in both Insurance and Agriculture where I was involved with dozens of legal issues. Harley is the absolute professional in all ways. Quick to respond to questions. Direct and to the point on great advise. He has the ability to break down a matrix of facts to focus on those that matter most. Harley will help educate you on what is fair in your concerns, but leaves the final decision to you. He is very skilled in laying out the proper path for the most probable success and then an expert at following through. He was an extremely effective and competent person to work with. Perhaps Mr. Erbe was having an off day. While I don't disagree with his assessment of the situation I brought to him (and genuinely believe him to be knowledgeable) he was exceedingly condescending and derisive throughout our 20ish minute conversation. A conversation that took leaving three voicemails over an almost three week period to get a call back on. EDIT: Increased from 1 star to 3. Harley. Thank you for taking the time to reply. I contacted them ask about representation for a traffic ticket. After informing them I was calling on behalf of a refugee I was told they don't have ability to translate into spanish (which is not even the language of the driver and something i never mentioned), and that they only handle traffic tickets with criminal activity (despite being directed to them by numerous sites where they list traffic citations as part of their business). When I asked why they list themselves for services they dont provide they hung up on me.
