Very unhappy with their billing practices. I would get charged 6 minutes for every email he read. He charged me 6 minutes for reading an email I sent him thanking him for an update. When I questioned his billing practices he told me, the fee agreement allows me to do it. He also told me if I didn't want to get charged don't send him emails to say thank you. Really left a bad taste in my mouth talking to him. I changed attorneys in the middle of my divorce because of these billing practices. It probably cost me more to have the new attorney get up to speed than keeping him. That's how much I didn't want to work with him any more.

Joseph Casey was extremely proactive with my case and extremely professional. Woul. Most definitely use his services again and would recommend him to others.

We are so lucky to have found Joe Casey. We found Joe at the worst time of our life as we were having business dispute with our partners. We were stuck in a bad contract with no voice.
