My case was approved within a year. She answered every question I asked. Every time I called they answered. Shannon, also helped me to be very specific when it came time to talk to my doctors. She would let me know what questions I needed to ask them. And, to be sure they put it in my files. Most important thing to remember, if they hear something, you will hear from them. I didn't have to continue to call, because she kept me informed. Thank you and your staff for helping me so much.
