The staff and the attorneys that work in the office are caring, attentive, and pleasant to work with.

Walked in to see if there was an attorney available because they were in town. We spoke with an attorney briefly, he agreed to take on the case and then never returned any phone calls. For two weeks messages were left and they never returned the call. A month and a half later a bill in the mail for $200 for a consult came. Not once was it said that consultations, or simply speaking with me, would cost any amount of money. I find it also highly unprofessional and unethical to speak with me, tell me you will take the case and then completely ignore any and all attempts to actually speak with me (even if to say "I don't want your case) and send me a bill for a consultation. If I could give zero stars, I would.
